Rules:

1. Force-collaring is not permitted within this room. If anyone attempts to forcefully claim another, the offender will be promptly removed and banned.

2. Do not touch anyone without their explicit permission. If you desire to lay hands upon someone, their consent must be verbally obtained. Depending on the extent of your discretion, you may be removed immediately or given one warning with regards to this.

3. Unless stated otherwise by the owners or moderators, nudity will not be permitted. All guests must ask permission if they wish to dress in an explicit fashion which exposes them.

4. Everyone will give and recieve the utmost respect within Heaven's Dew, regardless of status. If anyone attempts to act higher than another, they will be removed.

5. Do not attempt to private message, chat, whisper, or add anyone within the room. If a complaint of such is made or you are expected of this, you will be removed from the room. You are perfectly capable of holding any conversation within Heaven's Dew.

6. All interviewsor negotiations are to be conducted within the room and only when a moderator is present. This is to ensure the safety of our guests and none will be given an exception to this rule. Furthermore, we do not permit our guests to conduct interviews or negotiations upon first meeting. As we wish to assist all visitors in finding the best match for them, we ask that they take the time to familiarize themselves with a potential partner before attempting any sort of relationship.

7. Public play will only be permitted if all present consent to the act taking place in their vicinity. Any who partake in public play while in Heaven's Dew must alert all new guests who enter that a scene is taking place so as to allow the new entry to decide whether or not they wish to remain.

8. Age play will not be permitted within our room under any circumstances. If any guest participates in age play as part of their BDSM experience, this is none of the room's business, however due to IMVU's Terms of Service, we ask that all guests refrain from age play during their visit.

9. An attempt at literacy is required by all guests. Slack will be given to any guest that does not speak English as a first language, however this is only in the aspects of grammar and spelling. All guests will be expected to use capitalization and punctuation where applicable. You must be coherent in order to remain.

10. Text-talk is not permitted within Heaven's Dew. We expect our guests and moderators to use proper speech. However, "brb" and "tyt" will be considered exceptions to this.

11. We will not allow anyone suspected of being under the influence to play or seek within our room at the time of their intoxication. We do not condone such acts and consider it a danger to everyone involved.

12. If you feel that any moderator of Heaven's Dew is abusing their power, contact either of the owners immediately and supply a chat log of the events. If it happens to be an owner you believe has abused their privilege or acted unfairly, contact the Dominant listed on their profile card and follow the previously stated action.

13. All unowned submitters are under the protection of the room for the duration of their stay.

14. Please note that if an unowned acts inappropriately within the room, it will be considered a Dominant moderator's right to give punishment for their actions. If one is not present, another moderator may give permission to a Dominant guest to deliver punishment. However, no Dominant may give punishment to an unowned without the permission of the room.

15. The position of room Dominant is held by both Sir NikolyaLaross and Miss Blairexna. It will be expected that they both be given the utmost respect as such within Heaven's Dew.

16. When Miss Blairexna is present within the room, no guest will be permitted to use explicit language. You will be granted only one warning on this, if that, depending on the usage of the language.

17. Drama is not permitted. If you bring such to our room, you are subject to removal without warning.

18. Training is available upon request. Speak with any of the room moderators on this matter and ask Taliaxna (Talia) or Firiniax (Firi) about joining their group.

19. All Heaven's Dew moderators require at least a base knowledge of the BDSM and many have been practicing such in real life for a number of years. If they correct you, respect this and be grateful for the further knowledge you've obtained. Anyone unable to accept corrections to their misconceptions of the BDSM will be removed and potentially banned from the room.

20. The judgement of all moderators within Heaven's Dew is trusted by both owners, as such, we will permit our moderators to remove guests for a number of other reasons and they will not be required to give reason to the offender unless directly, and respectfully, asked. If anyone feels that a moderator removed someone unfairly, contact one of the owners immdediately.
