Rules

1. No Force-Collaring. If you attempt to force collar another, not only will you be booted without warning, but you will also be banned from the room and reported.

2. No noobs. Noobs are booted instantly. You must have knowledge about the BDSM if you wish to remain. If you wish for training, inform the moderators upon entry to avoid a boot.

3. No text-talk. While the owner does not enforce literacy among guests, text-talk will not be permitted. Only acceptable terms are "Brb," "Afk," "Tyt," "Hb," "Wb," and "Weba."

4. Status is to be stated upon entry. If you do not understand what Status means, you are encouraged to ask. Acceptable Statuses are: Sub(missive), slave, pet, kajira, kajirus, Dom, Domme, Dominant, Dominus, Domina, Owner, Master, Mistress, GodDom, GoddessDomme, sadist, masochist, Free, submitter-seeking-training, and Dominant-seeking-training. In no way is "Single" or anything of the sort an acceptable Status.

5. Be respectful. This includes showing respect towards the moderators, the owner, and any guests. If you fail to be respectful, you will be asked to leave. If you do not, you will be booted. Note: The owner follows the rule of "Respect is earned, not handed out." This does not mean the owner will be disrespectful towards A/any who enter. It means she will not freak out over offending you. Please keep this in mind. Respect includes showing Dominants the proper respect when using Their preferred title.

6. Moderators own the power. This means T/their word is final. In the owner's absence, the moderators are free to remove free-speaking power, boot who T/they deem necessary, or anything of the sort. If you feel a moderator is abusing T/their power, immediately message the owner, BlazeBNFire. She will go over the situation with her officers and choose the best course of action.

7. Listen to the officers. The officers are considered co-owners of the Market. Their word holds more power over any of the moderators. If you fail to do so three times, you will be banned from Blissful Obedience. My officers and T/their protraits will be listed below.

8. As this is a free-speak room, there are limitations to this. There will be no spamming of chat, no voiceboxes, and no random talk. If things become too out of hand, the power can and will be taken away. The owner does not mind music being played, however the player must ask first. If the moderators and/or officers (Including the owner) do not like what is being played, you will be asked to turn it off. If you fail to do so, you will be booted and allowed back in after twenty minutes (As IMVU states).

9. Drama will be in no way permitted. There is a difference between groaning about issues, discussing hardships, and drama. To put it bluntly, drama will not be tolerated to the point of booting the person causing the drama as well as banning them from the room. This is your one and only warning on the topic.

10. Public play is allowed and encouraged in a safe, sane, and consensual manner. You must have permission before entering the public play area, and if you do not have the ability to whisper, you must ask all in the room if they are comfortable with it. Should someone enter while you are playing, you will be required to inform the new guest that you are currently involved in public play so the person may decide if they wish to stay or leave.

11. Interviews and/or negotiations are done in the room while there are witnesses. An interview will not be whispered, messaged, or anything of the sort. If you are suspected of doing so, you will be booted. Chat must be kept to a low during an interview to make it easier for those in the interview to keep up with the questions and answers. Interviewing a person on the first meeting will not be permitted. This is to promote finding the best match for you and to keep submitters or Dominants from settling for anything less than what T/they desire.

12. Unowned are under the protection of the owner, the officers, and the moderators while in Blissful Obedience. Should an unowned desire protection from the owner, an officer, or a moderator temporarily until he or she finds a Partner, message either the owner or an officer. This includes not touching without permission of the submitter or Dominant in question.

13. Guests are not permitted inside the moderator area. This is to distinguish moderators from guests. The moderator area is the area in the back from the BDSM carpet and beyond. You will have one warning to remove yourself from the mod area before being booted from the room.

14. The owner, officers, and moderators are not required to explain their booting. However, you you were booted and do not understand why, please message the moderator, officer, or owner (Whomever is the primary order in the room at that time) and ask respectfully as to why you were booted. The moderator, officer, and owner will all be required to explain the situation should you be respecftul. If you are disrespectful, you will be promptly ignored by whomever it is you message.

15. Rules, moderators, and officers are subjected to change at the owners discrection. You have been warned. Unless specified otherwise, you will be given three warnings before being booted if a rule is broken.
