Our Story
The true story on how the Four Corners came to be!
Everyone has a past. Some a bit more dark than others. The Four Corners has a likely story.
As we started out small, over time we grew, before finally shrinking again. Blaze was originally best friends with a young sub (K), of whom was only a few months younger than herself. The sub introduced Blaze to a good friend of hers (N), and the three became good friends. Eventually, they met the Domina Blaire, who came into Blaze's Market one day seeking a submissive. Blaire moved through a couple submissives on IMVU, before going back to Second Life. After a few months, however, she returned to find Blaze as the submissive of N. Blaire took under collar a young submissive, and friend of Blaze's, named Alex. However, Alex's best friend (J) was jealous of the relationship. Even though she was the submissive of Lyle, Blaire's trainee. After starting much uneeded and unwelcomed drama between Alex, Blaze, Blaire, and Lyle, things calmed down for a while, though Alex left Blaire. After a month, Lyle convinced Blaire to come back to IMVU. She did and found herself surrounded by a new group. S, the second sub of Lyle's, seemed to be a sweet girl. J posed to be a difficult sister-in-collar and often made it difficult for S to adjust. After conversing with S a couple times, Blaire entered the girl's Market and met the adorable Nikkal. Nikkal seemed to be everything Blaire wanted in a sub, and so after an interview, Blaire placed Nikkal on trial. Things would've been perfect, if J hadn't been so jealous. She was upset that not only was Lyle's attention split between her and S, but that Blaire's attention was split between her and Nikkal. So when Blaire left for France from America for a job interview and left Lyle in charge of Nikkal's safety, J began her plan to get rid of Nikkal. She manipulated Lyle into doing her bidding and made it seem like Blaire didn't want Nikkal around anymore.
Distraught, Nikkal ran, blocking Blaire and everyone associated with her. When Blaire returned, J told her a lie about why Nikkal left. Instead of giving J the attention she though she would get, Blaire left IMVU completely, opting out of any choice between people. Frustrated, J gave up and left Lyle, leaving the young Dominus to handle S on his own.
After a few spare visits from Blaire and stories from Lyle, Blaze and K convinced Blaire to have her Trainer join IMVU. A young Russian GodDom, Lukas was the picture of fierce. To begin, K didn't like Lukas, considering the stories she had heard, but after meeting him, she couldn't help but to fall under the GodDom's spell. He was intelligent, highly intelligent, and very experienced.
During this time, S got back into contact with Nikkal and convinced her to talk to Blaze and the others again. So she did, and was quickly warped back into the group. Blaze welcomed her back with open arms and fumed when she heard what had truly occured. The girl informed Lukas, who told Blaire. However, Nikkal was no longer interested in a relationship with the Domina, as she just didn't trust her. Lukas and Nikkal, though, became best of friends almost. He treated her almost like a daughter and she treated him almost like a father. While they had a bit of an odd relationship, they were happy with it.
After some time, a submissive and friend of Lukas decided to join IMVU, and took the spare account Blaze had from some place or another. She became fast friends with everyone, teasing people with her extensive knowledge of four different languages. Using IMVU as a theraputic source after an abusive relationship, the girl Alice grew happily into the "Family." She convinced Lukas to stop being "A coward" and offer an interview to K, who accepted. Lukas placed K on trial and all seemed well.
With IMVU helping greatly for Alice's mental condition, she invited some of her friends she had met in a home for abused women of whom were interested in the BDSM. Lukas invited some of his Dom and Domme friends online as well. Nikkal was partnered with a laid-back GoddessDomme named Ana, and Nikkal matched Alice up with her own Dom friend Nicolas. Blaire was dragged back to IMVU (By Lukas) around the same time Alex returned. And the two got back together.
Nikkal's friend Amy also came to IMVU, curious about it. She met Lyle and S and became enamoured with the young, slightly broken, Dominus. And he with her. After a bit, Lyle interiewed and placed Amy on trial. Then on his birthday, he collared her, stating that she was the best birthday gift he could ask for. The two fell in love quickly and fiercly, much to S's annoyance. She felt it should be her and Lyle in love, as she had been there longer. With all these people paired up and falling for each other, she wanted her dues paid. She felt she deserved that much.
Wishing her friend the best of happiness, Alice paired S with the GodDom Nikolas, a seemingly good match. Lyle uncollared S and she wandered to Nikolas. But just having him wasn't enough. She began to push for pictures, though there had been no talk of real life at all, he lived in Russia and she in America after all. Frustrated, he threw up a false picture, claiming it to be him. For a while, it worked in keeping her off his back, until Alex traced back the photo. She instantly claimed he, and all the others fake, and got S on that band-wagon. To prove himself, he placed an actual picture of himself up. But it wasn't enough for S. She demanded that he Skype her, face-time her, because if Alice was doing it then why couldn't he? He explained he wasn't comfortable with that, as there was no conversation of ever moving to real life, and he personally hated Skye. It was a limit of his, but she kept pushing. Finally, he snapped and a huge argument brewed.
Towards the end of it all, after Ana making piss-poor decisions right before she passed from an illness, drama exploded. Blaze's own personal privacy had been invaded by those she had called friends, and it was used against her. So she left in a rage. Lukas learned he had cancer from a horribly placed blast of an IEP, and while he attempted to look to his girl, K, for support, K pushed him away.
Alex started an awful album claiming to speak the truth about everyone, victimizing herself, K, and S while demonizing everyone who didn't agree with her. After the smoke cleared, things were a disaster. Many were at fault, but none attempted to rationally solve the issue. Nikkal ended up leaving IMVU completely, fed up with the lies and drama, along with the finger pointing that came with. And so little Talia stumbled across Rikki, one of Nikkal's close friends and collateral damage (Her and her Sadist/GodDom Mikal), who was trying to either sell of give away Nikkal's account to someone with BDSM knowledge. Talia took the account, but kept her distance until she met Blaire.
She asked Blaire to train her, and while skeptical, Blaire agreed. She quietly trained the girl, and did her best to keep her from the blast radius. During this period, a young gothic submissive and brat reached out to multiple trainers online. She had been in the BDSM for five years in real life, but didn't have experience online. She had tested out a couple other sites before coming to IMVU. Blaire accepted her, but passed the majority of her training on to Talia, secretely giving the girl a chance to become a Trainer herself. Firi and Talia became fast friends, but only Firi was shielded from the last burst of drama that had formed. Everyone left, except for Talia and Firi (Firi instead busted her computer and was out of comission for four months).
About five months after leaving IMVU, Blaze recieved an email from Rikki. After deliberating, she returned to IMVU. She and Rikki bonded, and brought the other's smile back. After a bit of talking, Rikki decided to email Blaire about Mikal, receiving his new email address and earning her Master back. Blaze, at this point no longer with N and instead with the amazing Domina Rae, decided to "Do Talia a favor" and convince (Though the term is used loosely) Mikal to get Blaire online to talk to Talia. And so Blaire returned and talked to Talia. After a bit of nudging from Firi, Blaire interviewed and placed the girl on trial for six months, open to adjustment.
Wanting to repay Firi, Talia convinced Rikki to have Nicolas return. Nicolas was without a sub, as Alice had left him for a real life Dom. Nicolas, while before always seeming to be uninterested in brats, fell hard for the gothic Brit. And the two were matched. He allowed Firi to work at a club on IMVU, where she met the closet GoddessDomme Mercy. Easy-going with those who aren't her subs, Mercy quickly became good friends with Firi, and soon Blaze joined the club. Mercy asked Firi to recommend a good poly Domme for her own friend Serena, and so Rae and Blaze came up.
As for Alice, she joined the military during her six months of being gone and went from being an adorable sub, to a firm (To be frank) badass. Under the hand of her mysterious Dom Tarrant, she appears once in a blue moon to adjust her Market accordingly, leaving it mostly to her moderators to run as they see fit.
Amy chose to remain single after Lyle's accident, and runs the Market he owned like it was hers, never once wavering from asking for assistance when needed, or enforcing the rules when required.
Talia and Firi remain loud and opposite as ever, doing all they can to honestly make Nicolas's life hell and being sweet and adorable to Blaire whenever she comes online. They make their Market open and welcoming, encouraging people to learn more and more, and more.
Blaze does not go quietly. Cutting ties with almost all she called friends, she holds this new group close to her heart and refuses to let go. After discovering unwelcome things about N and K, the girls she used to call her best friends are that no more. She instead chooses to associate herself with only her co-workers from the club, Serena, Rikki, Rae, and the rest of her rag-tag group.
While the Four Corners grew fast, they crashed harder, and took longer to recover. But the more they recover, the more they understand that they're not going anywhere for quite some time, no matter what anyone does to ruin them. Get used to the Four Corners, they're here to stay.
